Bourdon Tube Phenolic Pressure Gauge, Stainless Steel (XSEL / Process) – WIKA 232.34
WIKA 232.34 (XSEL) process bourdon tube pressure gauge designed for high dynamic pressure loads & vibrations and demanding process environments. Dry type with robust glass-fibre reinforced plastic (phenolic-type) case and ASME B40.100 safety version (solid baffle wall) for improved operator protection.
Available in 4½” (115 mm) and 6″ (160 mm) dial sizes, with ranges up to 30,000 psi (2,000 bar). Common process connections include ¼” NPT and ½” NPT (or G¼/G½ depending on selection), with bottom (radial) connection and optional mounting configurations.

Bourdon Tube Fire Sprinkler Pressure Gauge (Dry Type) – UL/FM - WIKA 111.10SP
WIKA 111.10SP is a dedicated sprinkler pressure gauge designed for fire protection service. This model is supplied in a 4″ (100 mm) nominal size with a scale range of 0 to 80, 300, 400 and 600 psi and 1/4″ NPT lower mount (bottom) connection.
The gauge is built with a black polycarbonate case and polycarbonate window for durability, a copper alloy movement, and a brass process connection surface. It features an aluminum white dial with a stop pin at 6 o’clock and a black aluminum pointer.
Accuracy is ±3/2/3% in accordance with ASME B40.100 Grade B. Supplied with special dial markings such as AIR/WATER, UL & FM, and Assembled in USA.

WIKA CPG1200 Digital Pressure Gauge (Portable Data Logger)
The WIKA CPG1200 is a rugged, battery-operated digital pressure gauge for hydrostatic testing, burst tests, leakage measurement, switch-point setting, and general process pressure analysis.
It is available in gauge pressure ranges from 0…0.4 up to 0…500 bar, and also in psi ranges up to 0…15,000 psi, with additional absolute pressure versions (up to 25 bar) and vacuum/compound ranges (e.g., -1…0 bar and -1…+3 bar options). Accuracy is selectable up to ±0.25 % FS (also available ±0.5 % FS), and the integrated data logger (when activated/ordered) allows recording up to 1,000,000 readings for test and service documentation.
For connectivity, it supports Micro-USB (data transfer + power supply) and an optional Bluetooth® interface for wireless transmission. Common selectable process connections include G 1/4 B, G 1/2 B, G 1/8 B (EN 837), 1/4 NPT, and 7/16-20 UNF SAE (BOSS) (up to 25 bar), with useful functions like Min/Max, tare, and indication damping.
Digital Pressure Gauge (Precision) – WIKA CPG1500
WIKA CPG1500 Precision Digital Pressure Gauge is a high-accuracy digital gauge for calibration, testing and troubleshooting in industrial and oil & gas applications. Available in wide measuring ranges in bar and psi (up to 10,000 bar / 150,000 psi) with gauge, absolute and vacuum versions.
The CPG1500 can be supplied with a data logger option for recording measured values during testing and service work.
Multiple process connections are available as per selection, including 1/4″ NPT, 1/2″ NPT, G 1/4 B (BSPP), G 1/2 B (BSPP), M16×1.5, M20×1.5, and 9/16″-18 UNF (F 250-C), with other variants available on request (including flush diaphragm options with NBR O-ring for specific applications).

WIKA Differential Pressure Gauges measure pressure drop across filters, strainers, pumps and heat exchangers. Ideal for clogging/condition monitoring in HVAC and industrial systems.
The range includes compact HVAC DP gauges (A2G series: A2G-mini, A2G-05, A2G-10, A2G-15, A2G-90), robust mechanical DP gauges (DPG40, 716.05, 716.11, 736.11), and versions with switching/output options (DPGS40/DPGS40TA, DPGT40). The WIKA PG43SA Series is a hygienic flush diaphragm seal pressure gauge for sanitary service in pharmaceutical, biotech, and food & beverage applications. It uses a dry, purely mechanical diaphragm-element system to eliminate the risk of product contamination from transmission fluid, with high overload safety and easy zero adjustment.
Available in multiple measuring ranges (bar/psi, with optional kPa/MPa) and supplied with aseptic process connections such as clamp, DIN 11864, milk thread DIN 11851, VARINLINE®, and BioControl®. Ideal for CIP/SIP and wash-down areas, with autoclave-capable versions available.

The WIKA DSS22 series is a hygienic pressure gauge assembly (per EN 837-1) with a mounted diaphragm seal and clamp connection, designed for sanitary processes where the medium must be separated from the measuring system.
It is suitable for CIP/SIP duties and for measuring gases, vapours, liquids, and viscous or crystallising media in pipelines and vessels.
The all-welded diaphragm seal system supports measurement of gases, vapours, liquids, as well as pasty, powdery and crystallising media, making it suitable for demanding hygienic duties in food & beverage, biotech, and pharmaceutical applications.
Variants: DSS22F is optimised for sanitary/food applications and commonly supports lower measuring ranges, while DSS22P features a higher hygienic finish with electropolished wetted parts, smoother surface roughness, and easy zero adjustment via the window for pharmaceutical-grade requirements.
WIKA DSS18F / DSS19F Series – Hygienic Pressure Gauge with Mounted Diaphragm Seal (EN 837-1) | Milk Thread DIN 11851 / SS 1145
The WIKA DSS18F / DSS19F series is a hygienic pressure gauge assembly (per EN 837-1) with a mounted diaphragm seal, designed for sanitary applications where the medium must be separated from the measuring system.
It is widely used in food & beverage processes on pipelines and vessels and is suitable for gases, vapours, liquids, and viscous or crystallising media, while supporting hygienic cleaning routines such as COP and SIP up to 130 °C (depending on configuration).
The key difference is the process connection/fitting type: DSS18F is supplied with a milk thread fitting to DIN 11851, while DSS19F uses a process connection per Svensk Standard SS 1145 (for food).
WIKA DSS10M – Pressure Gauge per EN 837-1 with Mounted Diaphragm Seal (Threaded Connection / Threaded Design)
The WIKA DSS10M is a pressure gauge assembly (per EN 837-1) with a mounted diaphragm seal in a threaded connection / threaded design, built to protect the measuring instrument from aggressive, hot, corrosive, environmentally hazardous or toxic media in chemical, petrochemical and general process industries.
The diaphragm seal separates the medium from the gauge using a stainless-steel diaphragm, transmitting pressure through a system fill fluid, and the design allows universal application with diaphragm seal parts screwed together and an option for an internal diaphragm; the lower body can be replaced (e.g., when changing the process connection) without modifying the diaphragm seal system, and the seal is direct-mounted to the gauge as standard.
Typical configurations include NS 100, accuracy class 1.0, measuring ranges from 0…1 to 0…60 bar (also vacuum/compound ranges), and process connections such as G 1/2 or 1/2 NPT, with wetted materials in 316L (1.4435) or Hastelloy C276 depending on selection
WIKA DSS34M – Pressure Gauge per EN 837-1 with Mounted Diaphragm Seal (Threaded Connection, Welded Design)
The WIKA DSS34M is a pressure gauge assembly (per EN 837-1) with a mounted diaphragm seal designed for aggressive, contaminated or hot media in the process industry and water treatment applications.

The WIKA DSS26M is an EN 837-1 Bourdon tube pressure gauge combined with a mounted diaphragm seal (flange connection with internal diaphragm) for reliable measurement on aggressive, highly viscous, crystallising, or hot media.

WIKA PGT23.100 / PGT23.160 – Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge with Electrical Output (intelliGAUGE®)
The WIKA PGT23 intelliGAUGE® series combines a mechanical Bourdon tube pressure gauge with an integrated electronic output signal so you get local analogue indication plus signal transmission to the control room from the same instrument.
It is designed for process pressure measurement in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, power generation, water and wastewater, and it outputs 4…20 mA proportional to pressure (with other signal variants depending on selection).
The gauge remains readable even if the power supply is lost, because the indication is purely mechanical while the electronics track pointer position via a non-contact angle encoder (wear- and friction-free).
WIKA PGT43.100 / PGT43.160 intelliGAUGE® – Diaphragm Pressure Gauge with Output Signal (4–20 mA / 0–10 V)
WIKA PGT43 intelliGAUGE® is a stainless steel safety diaphragm pressure gauge (EN 837-3, S3 Solidfront) that combines a clear local analogue indication (NS 100 or 160) with an electrical output for control/remote monitoring.
The robust diaphragm measuring system drives the pointer, while a non-contact electronic angle encoder generates the output signal (e.g., 4…20 mA per NAMUR NE 43; other options include 0…20 mA and 0…10 V). Scale ranges cover very low pressures from 0…16 mbar up to 0…30 bar, with high overload safety (standard 5× FS, optional up to 10× FS, max. 40 bar) and vacuum safety option to −1 bar.

WIKA intelliGAUGE® PGT23.100/160, is a mechatronic pressure gauge (NS 100, accuracy class 1.0) with 4…20 mA (2-wire) output signal and a direct-mounted sanitary diaphragm seal system for homogenizer service.
Key features include a stainless steel case (1.4301), laminated safety glass window, lower mount connection, outer scale in bar with secondary psi scale, and electrical connection via L-plug DIN EN 175201-804 (6-pin + PE, sidewise).
The assembly uses FDA-suitable system fill fluid (KN 7 glycerine) and is rated for process temperatures +10…+150 °C (ambient +10…+40 °C).
