Process connection is a direct thread, G½ or ½ NPT; electrical connection is an angular connector DIN 175301-803 A. Wetted parts are 316L stainless steel – or Hastelloy C276 for more aggressive media – with a 316Ti case and silicone-oil fill fluid. Protection IP65, with medium temperature from –10 to 150 °C for hot-media service.

Two construction versions are available: the DSS10T with a screwed-together (modular) design, allowing the lower body to be replaced – for example when changing the process connection – without modifying the diaphragm-seal system; and the DSS34T with an all-welded design for maximum robustness and a permanent seal.

Two diaphragm versions are available: the DSS26T with an internal (recessed) diaphragm for small flange connections (DN 25 / ½” / 1″, ranges 0…6 to 0…25 bar) in a compact build; and the DSS27T with a flush-welded diaphragm that sits level with the flange face — ideal for highly viscous, crystallising or solids-laden media that would clog a recessed diaphragm — in larger flange sizes (DN 50 / 80, 2″ / 3″) with ranges up to 0…40 bar.

WIKA A2G-500 series differential pressure sensor for ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) applications in Kuwait – measuring differential pressure, gauge pressure and vacuum in air and other non-aggressive, non-flammable gases. Its temperature-compensated piezoresistive measuring cell captures even the smallest pressure differences with high long-term stability, making it ideal for monitoring filters, fans and heat exchangers, and for pressure monitoring in ventilation ducts, laboratories, production areas and clean rooms. Analogue output signals of 0–10 V or 4–20 mA connect straight into any BMS. Process connection is two nozzles for 4–6 mm hoses; supply 24 V AC/DC; screw-terminal wiring via an M16 cable gland.

WIKA A2G-52 Dual Differential Pressure Sensor for Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (HVAC) – 2 Measuring Points in One Unit, Up to –250…+7,000 Pa, Modbus RTU, 2× Temperature / Analogue Inputs, LC Display

WIKA A2G-52 dual differential pressure sensor for ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) applications in Kuwait, combining two differential-pressure sensors in a single instrument so pressure can be measured at two separate control points at once. It suits air and non-flammable, non-aggressive gases, and is ideal for fan, blower and filter monitoring, pressure and flow monitoring, monitoring and control of valves and air shutters, and pressure monitoring in clean rooms. Made in Germany.

Available in two range versions: –250…+2,500 Pa or –250…+7,000 Pa – using a piezoresistive measuring cell, with units in Pa, mbar, inWC, mmWC or psi. The digital output is Modbus® RTU over RS-485 (9,600–38,400 baud, addresses 1…247), and a two-line LC display shows both pressure readings directly. Two additional inputs accept passive temperature sensors (Pt1000, Ni1000, Ni1000-LG or NTC10k) or a 0–10 V analogue signal, so separate active temperature transmitters aren’t needed – reducing material and wiring costs.
