As stockists, we supply thousands of hydraulic and industrial components. As fabricators, we make the ones you can’t buy – SS316L piping manifolds, custom machined parts in steel and engineering plastics, hose assemblies built to length, and welding carried out right on your site.

Custom machined parts

One-offs and small batches in stainless steel, brass and engineering plastics like nylon and PTFE - adapters, bushings, couplings, rods and obsolete parts remade from a sample or a sketch.

Piping & on-site welding

SS316L manifolds, pipe spools and process lines - fabricated in our workshop or welded directly at your site, from RO plants to running production lines.

Hoses, pumps & hydraulics

Hydraulic and industrial hose assemblies crimped to length and tested, plus pump and power unit work - built from fittings and seals already on our shelves, not on a ship.

Puddle flanges, built to be buried

A puddle flange has one job: stop water tracking along the outside of a pipe where it passes through a concrete wall or slab. These were made in our workshop from stainless pipe, with the plate welded all the way round so water has nowhere to go. Flanged one end, ready to bolt straight into the line.

Once the concrete is poured, nobody ever sees this part again. Which is exactly why it has to be right the first time. We fabricate these to order in SS304 or SS316L, to your pipe size and plate dimensions. Send us a drawing, or just the sizes on WhatsApp, and we’ll take it from there.

Every part ours, every weld ours

Every part and every hour on this job is ours. Valves, clamps, fittings and pipe straight off our own shelves, and the fabrication done on our own benches: the manifold built up, lines measured and bent to fit, mounts welded, the valve bank piped back to the tank ports, every joint pulled tight and checked before wrapping. SITE WORK

On-site pipeline welding

This pipeline was welded and fitted on site. The stainless steel pipe and fittings came from our own stock, and our technical team carried out the work at the customer’s location – measuring the runs, welding the branch connections, and fitting the line in position. Calibration & valve testing

Pressure gauge calibration

Pressure gauges are calibrated in our ISO-certified lab against a WIKA CPH6000 reference calibrator, with readings taken across the gauge’s range. Each instrument is returned with a calibration certificate and a label showing the calibration and due dates.

Safety & pressure relief valve testing

Safety and pressure relief valves are bench-tested in-house. Set pressure is verified against a calibrated gauge, adjusted where required, and the valve is sealed after setting. A test certificate is issued with every valve.
