What we collect
We only collect information when you choose to send us an enquiry.
- From the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, company if you give one, your message, and the product you were asking about.
- Automatically with that enquiry: the page you sent it from, your browser type, and your network address. These help us tell a real enquiry from an automated one.
What it is used for
To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to follow up on any business that comes from it. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who else sees it
Our own staff who handle enquiries. The enquiry notification is delivered to us by Amazon Web Services, which processes it only to deliver the email. We do not sell or pass on your details to anyone else.
How long we keep it
For as long as your enquiry, or any business that comes from it, is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-up questions about a quotation. If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, ask and we will delete it.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie, needed to keep the enquiry form working between pages. There is no advertising or tracking cookie, and no analytics service watches you browse.
Seeing, correcting or removing your details
Email us and say what you would like: a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will reply from the address below.
