Hoses

Hose grouped by service rather than by size: hydraulic hose, water and oil suction and delivery, cement and chemical hose, fuel hose including R6, PTFE and steel-braided fuel hose, rubber air hose, clear PVC with steel or cotton braid, PVC ducting including copper-coil and grey duct, stainless steel flexible hose, steam hose, canvas hose and galvanised hose. Three things decide a hose: the medium, the working pressure — including any vacuum on the suction side, which will collapse a delivery hose — and temperature, with bend radius and length settling how it will actually route.
