Power Semiconductor Modules

Sanrex power semiconductor modules: the DF series three-phase bridge rectifier, which turns a three-phase AC supply into DC in one package, and the DFA series diode-thyristor rectifier module, half controlled so the DC output can be regulated. Both are the isolated-base modules that bolt to a heatsink in welding sets, chargers and drives. Listed with their rated current and repetitive peak voltage.
