Flanges & Pipe Fittings

Flanges and pipe fittings in carbon steel and stainless steel: flanges, butt weld fittings such as elbows, tees, reducers and caps, and threaded fittings. Welded work is ordered by nominal pipe size and schedule; flanges are ordered by standard, class and facing, because a mismatch in facing or drilling only shows up when the joint will not pull up and seal. Confirm the material grade against the pipe it is going into, since welding stainless fittings into a carbon steel line, or the reverse, stores up trouble at the joint.
