This is the replacement plastic lid that covers and protects the register of a BMeters GMDM-I multi-jet water meter. It is supplied as a set with the retaining part that suits the meter size: a rotating ring on DN15, DN20, DN25 and DN32 meters, and a pin on DN40 and DN50 meters.
A cracked or missing lid leaves the dial exposed to sunlight, dust and standing water in the meter chamber, and is the usual reason a meter becomes unreadable long before the measuring element is worn. Replacing the lid restores the seal without disturbing the meter in the line.
When ordering, state the size of the meter the lid is for, so that the correct set is supplied: order code GM-WFMETER-PL/PRR-08-20 covers DN15 to DN32 and GM-WFMETER-PL/PINLID-24-32 covers DN40 and DN50.
