The DK-Lok DK-CV is a ball type check valve for high pressure fluid and media systems, rated to 20,000 psig at 100 °F (38 °C). It passes flow in one direction only and prevents reverse flow into test, injection and process lines.
Closure is by a ball seating against a tungsten carbide seat, a metal-to-metal arrangement that stands up to repeated cycling at high pressure. The body is cold-worked 316 stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance, the orifice is 5 mm and the body outside diameter is 35 mm.
Typical duties are high pressure test equipment and pressure control panels, chemical injection and dosing systems, hydraulic and media service lines needing backflow protection, process systems built on cone and thread connections, and instrumentation and utility circuits with a one-way flow requirement.
The valve is supplied with a 9/16" MP female port on one end and a 9/16" tube OD connection on the other; state the flow direction required on installation and quote model DK20CV-09-BS-S when ordering.
