The WIKA A2G-50 and A2G-55 are compact differential pressure sensors from the air2guide range, used to measure differential and static pressures of air and non-aggressive media — typically for filter monitoring and for overpressure monitoring in clean rooms and laboratories. Both use a piezo measuring cell and connect directly to a control or building management system.
The A2G-50 is the higher-specified unit. Its measuring range is set with jumpers within one of four variants: 0…2,500 Pa, 0…7,000 Pa, -250…+250 Pa or 0…12,000 Pa. Accuracy on the 250 and 2,500 Pa variants is 1 % ±2 Pa below 125 Pa and 1 % ±1 Pa above it, and on the 7,000 and 12,000 Pa variants 1.5 % ±2 Pa below 125 Pa and 1.5 % ±1 Pa above it. Output is DC 0…10 V or 4…20 mA three-wire, with optional Modbus RTU over RS-485 on the -250…+2,500 Pa and -250…+7,000 Pa ranges, an optional backlit two-line LC display and automatic zero point setting. The case is ABS with IP54 protection, medium temperature -20…+50 °C and ambient -40…+70 °C.
The A2G-55 is the lower-cost Eco transmitter with fixed measuring ranges: 0…250, 500, 750, 1,000, 1,250, 2,500, 3,750 and 5,000 Pa. Accuracy is ±2.5 % FS, output is 0…10 V with 4…20 mA optional, supply is DC 13…32 V (AC 13…32 V optional), and the ABS case is IP65 with an M16 cable gland and vertical wall mounting. Medium and ambient temperature are both -10…+50 °C.
When ordering, state which model is required, the measuring range or range variant, the output signal, and — for the A2G-50 — whether the display, Modbus output or automatic zero point setting is needed, since these affect the permissible supply voltage.
