The WIKA CPG1200 is a battery-operated digital pressure gauge for mobile test and service work. It covers gauge pressure from -1 to 1,000 bar (-14.5 to 15,000 psi), with absolute and vacuum or compound versions also available, at an accuracy of 0.5 % or 0.25 % of full span including non-linearity, hysteresis, zero offset and end value deviation.
WIKA lists its applications as hydrostatic pressure testing, burst tests, leakage measurement, setting switch points on pressure switches and analysis of process pressures. The 4-1/2-digit display runs from -9999 to 19999 digits with a bar graph and switchable backlight, and reads in bar, mbar, psi, kg/cm2, MPa and a user-defined unit.
An integrated data logger records up to 1,000,000 values at intervals from 1 to 3,600 seconds or at sample rates to 10 per second; the logger must be ordered or unlocked by code. Data transfer is over Micro-USB, with Bluetooth 5.2 Low Energy as an option. Three AA cells give typically more than 4,000 hours of operation, and the gauge can also run continuously from the USB supply.
Wetted parts are stainless steel 316L. The case is PBT with 30 % glass fibre and meets IP65 / NEMA 3R. When ordering, specify measuring range and type (gauge, absolute or compound), accuracy, process connection, and whether the data logger, Bluetooth or the intrinsically safe version is required.
