WIKA S-11 Flush Pressure Transmitter – 316Ti / 316L

The WIKA model S-11 is a pressure transmitter with a flush process connection, developed for media that would block or clog the pressure port of a conventional connection — viscous, pasty, adhesive, crystallising and particle-laden products. The diaphragm is integrated into the process connection and fully welded, giving a dead-space-free measuring point that can be cleaned without dismantling.

Gauge ranges run from 0…0.1 bar to 0…600 bar [0…15 to 0…6,000 psi], with absolute ranges 0…0.25 to 0…16 bar abs. and vacuum/compound ranges from -0.6…0 bar to -1…+24 bar. The instrument is vacuum tight. Accuracy at reference conditions is ≤ ±0.5 % of span as standard, or ≤ ±0.25 % of span as an option on ranges from 0.25 bar; non-linearity is ≤ ±0.2 % of span BFSL.

Wetted material is 316Ti for the G½B and G1B flush connections, and 316L for the hygienic G1B flush connection, which is offered in accordance with 3-A Sanitary Standards. Each flush connection covers its own range band: G½B flush 0…2.5 to 0…600 bar, G1B flush 0…0.1 to 0…1.6 bar, and hygienic G1B flush 0…0.1 to 0…25 bar. A food-compatible system fill fluid per FDA 21 CFR 178.3750 is available.

Medium temperature is -30…+100 °C as standard, -30…+125 °C as an option, and -20…+150 °C with the cooling element; ambient is -20…+80 °C. When ordering, state the measuring range, the flush process connection and seal material, the output signal, the electrical connection — which sets IP65, IP67 or IP68 — and whether a cooling element or the food-compatible fill fluid is required.
