WIKA Alexander Wiegand SE & Co. KG is a German manufacturer of pressure and temperature measurement equipment, based at Klingenberg am Main. What is listed here is the pressure side of the range. Mechanical gauges cover the Bourdon tube models 111.10, 213.53, 232.50 and the 232.34 XSEL process gauge, the 111.10SP built for fire sprinkler service to UL/FM requirements, and differential pressure gauges in mechanical, switch-contact and transmitter versions. CPG1200 and CPG1500 digital gauges cover portable logging and precision test work, and the intelliGAUGE PGT23 and PGT43 add a 4-20 mA or 0-10 V output to a dial that can still be read by eye if the loop is down. On the electronic side the range runs from the general industrial A-10 and the R-1 for heating and refrigeration through the S-20 and flush-diaphragm S-11 to the intrinsically safe IS-3 (ATEX/IECEx), the HP-2 for ultra-high pressure and the MG-1 for oxygen and medical pipeline service. The DSS diaphragm-seal gauges and transmitters cover hygienic clamp, DIN 11851 milk thread, SS 1145, threaded and flanged process connections for dairy, food and chemical plant, and the A2G air2guide sensors cover differential pressure and air flow in HVAC. What decides the specification is measuring range and accuracy class, process connection and wetted material, case size and whether the case is liquid filled, and for the electronic units the output signal, supply voltage and ingress protection.
